What happens after your email

  1. GGA checks fit, value, jurisdiction and evidence.
  2. We request any material missing documents.
  3. Scope, file-opening terms and success commission are agreed in writing.

Sending an email does not create a mandate or guarantee acceptance.

Our commercial model

GGA takes cross-border cases from USD 20,000. The file-opening fee and success commission are agreed in writing before recovery begins; commission is charged on amounts actually recovered. Customers pay you directly; GGA does not receive or hold client collections.

Recovery mandate

Direct placement is the primary route. The file-opening fee and success commission are agreed in writing before recovery begins.

Recovery Position Report — From USD 1,500 per receivable

Optional where an independent assessment of recovery prospects, recommended strategy and next steps is useful. Pricing starts from USD 1,500 per receivable after a no-charge initial scope and complexity review and written quotation. No report work or fee begins before approval. If the same receivable is subsequently placed with GGA for recovery, the report fee is credited against GGA's success commission actually earned on that matter.

Portfolio or multiple receivables

The portfolio is scoped first and receives one written quotation. Pricing is not an automatic multiplication of USD 1,500 by the number of debtors or receivables.
