a. Follow up with MNC, large Indian & Govt. priority customers for collection of outstanding payments/ TDS certificated & pending statutory forms.
b. Handling customer queries/ issues over phone or email or visits (for males only).
c. Identify & escalate payment related discrepancies.
d. Manage customer/client relations
e. Working on trackers for Daily/Weekly/ Monthly reporting
